at ease and experiencing new adventures.

Becoming a caretaker was a happy accident. (Though, it’s said there are no accidents!) But, there is a slight heartache in saying goodbye to furry friends I’ve come to love.

Leaving our large-breed dog for the first time in the hands of someone else as we ventured off for a 12-day vacation made us very nervous.

Not only did we have a dog—but we also had a cat and 6 chickens, and there were many raised beds and gardens to keep watered. The temperatures were forecast to be sweltering, and it would have been hard for even us to keep up with everything.
Kristina sent pictures often to us of our pets which reassured us everything was well. You'd be surprised how comforting it is to see your pets happy and know everything is okay.

When we returned, our house and yard and pets were alive and thriving! We recommend Kristina with utmost confidence as a house/pet sitter. We were lucky to have her at our home. She treated it like her own.
